My tip for the next 12-24 months is to by as much real estate as you can. Real Estate is still at depressed prices where GOLD is going crazy. Eventually real estate will take off again as well.

Dear Friends!

 

It looks like the market is stabilizing and things are firming up a little bit. Overall there will be more foreclosures coming but inventory is really not that big and the good homes are being sold within a short period of time. Since the real estate market, compared to Gold and Oil commodities is really cheap right now, I see more money coming back into real estate and prices increasing again over the next few years.
